FAQ

Good questions

Which languages can I report in?

English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. You can type, or tap the microphone and speak. Your voice note becomes text that you can edit before sending.

Who can see my name and phone number?

Only city staff in the Control Room. Other citizens see the issue and its area, never your contact details.

How does the AI decide how urgent a problem is?

It looks at the photo and your description, rates the danger to people from Low to Critical, and shows a short reason so staff can check its judgment.

What if several people report the same problem?

Reports of the same type within about 150 metres merge into one ticket. Each person counts once, so staff can see how many people are affected.

Will I hear back about my report?

Yes. The notification bar in the app updates the moment a status changes. You can also choose to get email or WhatsApp updates.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. CivicAI runs in your browser on phones, tablets and computers, and you can install it to your home screen like an app.

How fast is a report classified?
Within a few seconds. The AI reads your photo and description and assigns a category, severity and department automatically.
Can I report in Urdu?

What happens to duplicate reports?
Reports of the same issue near the same spot are grouped into one ticket, so authorities see how many people it affects.
